Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Solution Specialist – Payments to lead the integration, optimization, and partner ecosystem related to OneHubPOS’s payment processing systems. You will manage relationships with payment providers, VARs, and resellers while ensuring OneHubPOS delivers seamless, secure, and scalable payment solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Payments Solution Management

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of payment solutions across all POS deployments (card-present and card-not-present).
  • Act as the subject matter expert on payment gateway integrations, PCI compliance, and transaction flow architecture.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to define payment APIs and certify hardware/software compatibility.

Partnership Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Square, Worldpay) and hardware vendors (e.g., Verifone, PAX).
  • Serve as the liaison with VARs and reseller partners — onboarding, enabling, and supporting them with go-to-market materials and training.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, volume incentives, and technical SLAs with third-party partners.

Pre-Sales & Enablement

  • Support sales teams with technical product demonstrations, RFP responses, and solution design for enterprise customers.
  • Conduct enablement sessions for channel partners on payment capabilities, integration tools, and roadmap alignment.

Operational Support

  • Troubleshoot complex payment issues across hardware, software, and backend processing.
  • Monitor uptime, transaction success rates, and partner SLAs to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners and track KPIs for performance improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in payments, POS systems, or SaaS solutions in a technical or partnership-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of EMV, NFC, PCI-DSS, tokenization, and settlement processes.
  • Proven experience working with channel sales, VARs, and ISV/reseller ecosystems.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Folsom, CA. Hybrid work model (minimum 3 days/week in office preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with restaurant or retail-focused payment environments.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Toast, Square, Clover, or Lightspeed.
  • Knowledge of CRM or partner enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack).
